I was a little skeptical about the chutney at first, but wow—this Bobotie is a game changer. The curry is warm and flavorful without being overwhelming, and that hint of sweetness from the chutney is just perfect. It’s definitely not your average meat pie. My new favorite for a quick weeknight dinner!
