What's included with my gift?
Your chosen pie box and a greeting card handwritten with your message. Other extras, including the mug, are optional.
Which gift box should I choose?
Starter has 10 hearty 9oz pies in five favorite flavors. Taster has 14 individual 7oz pies. Combo brings together four 9oz pies, six 7oz pies, a four-pack of sausage rolls and four sticky toffee puddings. You'll select your Combo pie flavors in its usual box builder.
Can I choose when it arrives?
Yes—request a Wednesday, Thursday or Friday. We ship Mon–Tue, with a Tuesday 2 PM Eastern Time cutoff. Later orders move to next week. Dates follow Eastern Time, including daylight saving time. Arrival dates aren't guaranteed.
How can my recipient track their gift?
When your gift ships, we’ll email the tracking details to you. Forward that email to your recipient so they can follow its progress and be ready to receive it. Please ask them to refrigerate or freeze the pies promptly on arrival.
What if they have dietary restrictions?
Before ordering, check each pie's ingredients, nutrition and allergen information. Our pastry contains wheat; other allergens vary by flavor. Explore the boxes and their contents, or email us for help.
How will the gift arrive?
The pies are shipped frozen in protective insulated packaging. Your handwritten card and gift extras are included with the order. Shipping charges are shown at checkout.
