A few things to know before your first box.

Where do you deliver?

We deliver to the 48 contiguous U.S. states. We don’t currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, P.O. boxes or international addresses. See our shipping policy for details.

What if I miss the shipping cutoff?

Our regular shipping days are Monday and Tuesday, with a 2 PM Eastern cutoff. Orders placed after the cutoff move to the next available shipping day; after Tuesday’s cutoff, that’s normally the following Monday. Check the delivery estimate above before ordering—dates are estimates, and holidays or shipping disruptions can affect timing.

How should I store my order?

Unpack your delivery promptly and follow the storage instructions on each product’s packaging. Check the label for refrigeration or freezing guidance, thawing instructions and any use-by date—storage advice can vary by product.

What if something isn’t right with my delivery?

If items arrive warm, damaged or missing, email info@pouchpies.com immediately after delivery with your order number, a short description and photos. Our team will review the issue and advise on next steps. See our delivery and refund policy for the full terms.
