Excellent pie! I’m British, living in America, so I have missed a chip shop pie. Your cow a bunga pie is as close to a minced beef and onion pie from a British chippie, as it is possible to get. Well done and thanks!

Got my first box this week.(custom flavors) Received a call regarding the address it was coming to which was great service. Pies came packaged very nicely and still frozen. Chose to try the lamb curry and not disappointed- very flavorful, even a bit spicy for my taste but enjoyed it very much. Nice chunks of meat and the crust was delicious. Popped out of the tin easily. Made a nice lunch with a bowl of vegetable soup. Can’t wait to try the other flavors! Definitely recommend.

I’ve had three of these pies. The flavor is excellent. The pastry is excellent however they varied considerately in the in the contents.
The first one had about two bites of kidney and one tiny one of beef. The second one was was perfect generous of meat and kidney. The third one had seriously gristley meat..
The flavor is wonderful, but you have a long way to go and your quality control.

Your Pies are absolutely delicious, hard to pick a favorite, but I have to say your Steak and Kidney Pie took me home to Ireland .

Over the years, we have looked for a traditional RSA savoury "hand pie" and have never found anything close to what we were used to. Pouch Pies have done an excellent job of satisfying our taste buds. We ordered a variety pack so we could taste a good sampling of what they had to offer. Everyone of the pies have been delicious and we look forward to ordering many more.

The steak and mushroom pies are delicious. My wife and I both had several steak chunks and shrooms in each of our pies. Good job!

Had the pies too and they were great but too much. The smaller pouch had too much crust. But overall the taste was very good.

I was a little skeptical about the chutney at first, but wow—this Bobotie is a game changer. The curry is warm and flavorful without being overwhelming, and that hint of sweetness from the chutney is just perfect. It’s definitely not your average meat pie. My new favorite for a quick weeknight dinner!

Actually a 4 1/2 star award! Steak and kidney could always use a bit more kidney but this pie, very nice, very tasty, almost my favorite competing against (the now defunct AUSSIE!)

Feels indulgent because of the gorgeous pastry but you're eating a pile of vegetables inside. Win-win. And it tastes genuinely great — curry sauce is flavorful and warming.
