Shipping policy
We deliver anywhere in the US!
Pouch delivers across the US direct to your doorstep using UPS or FedEx Ground or Air Shipping. We take great pride in our product and want to ensure it reaches you in piefect condition! We carefully pack and ship our pies in temperature controlled boxes with dry ice and ice packs. All packages are shipped in a reusable cooler box and with sufficient ice to keep the contents frozen for 2 days in transit.
During summer months or periods of high temperatures we suggest selecting Overnight or 2-Day shipping options to ensure your order arrives in good condition.
Our shipping schedule
Our shipping days are Monday and Tuesday. We may ship orders that have a one day transit time on a Wednesday. Orders will typically ship out within 3-5 business days from receipt. We try our best to have your order on its way to you as soon as possible!
All orders are delivered by FedEx or UPS. Shipping costs are determined by your shipping address and the package weight. We reserve the right to change the shipping carrier when we are ready to ship your package. During peak shipping times this allows us to efficiently ship orders out in the most timely manner.
How do my pies arrive?
We ship our pies frozen and par-baked and aim to keep them frozen on their journey to you. To ensure peace of mind in hot temperatures, consider selecting ‘Overnight Shipping’. If your pies do thaw slightly on their journey please rest assured that chilled pies are still good for another 5 days if kept in your refrigerator.
Please ensure that there is someone to collect the pies on the day of their arrival. We cannot accept responsibility for packages that are left on the doorstep or returned to a FedEx facility.
Storing your pies
Your pies will arrive in a temperature controlled box. They should be placed in the freezer immediately on arrival if you don’t plan to bake them that day. Frozen pies can be stored for up to six months. If you plan to bake your pies within 5 days you can place them in the refrigerator to thaw. Thawed pies should be baked and consumed within 5 days of delivery.
