At Pouch Pies, we’re here to make life a little tastier and easier to share. Every pie we send out is crafted with care, packed with purpose, and shipped to arrive fresh and ready to savor.
How We Ship
Your pies are shipped chilled in insulated packaging with dry ice and gel packs to keep them in perfect shape during transit.
We currently ship to the continental U.S. (48 states) - no PO boxes, Alaska, Hawaii, or international addresses.
We ship on Mondays and Tuesdays, and occasionally Wednesdays for short-distance deliveries. If severe weather or holidays might delay your order, we’ll hold it until it’s safe to ship and send you an update.
Shipping Costs
We keep things straightforward:
Minimum order → $70
Because quality packaging means your pies arrive the way they should - cold, delicious, and ready to enjoy.
When Your Order Arrives
No signature needed, but we recommend being home when your box lands. When it does, here’s what to do:
1. Bring it inside quickly
2. Avoid touching dry ice directly (it’s very cold)
3. Make sure everything feels cold to the touch
4. Store your pies in the fridge or freezer right away
Your pies are packed to last the trip, but they’ll be happiest when chilled.
Order Changes or Cancellations
Need to update or cancel your order? Email info@pouchpies.com or visit our Contact Us page. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll make it happen. Once it’s on the way, though, it’s officially en route to you, and we can’t recall it.
If Something Goes Wrong
If your order arrives not quite right (warm, damaged, or missing items), we’ve got you covered.
Please contact us within 4 hours of delivery at info@pouchpies.com with:
- Your order number
- A quick note about what went wrong
