Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

This policy applies when you select a subscription purchase option from Pouch Pies. A one-time purchase does not enroll you in a subscription. Subscription charges and deliveries follow the plan selected at checkout.

Requesting cancellation or changes

To request cancellation of future subscription renewals or to ask about changing your subscription, email info@pouchpies.com. Include your name, the email address used at checkout, and your order number or subscription details.

Please contact us before your next scheduled charge so we can review and process your request. If your subscription confirmation email includes a management link, you may also use that link to view the options available for your subscription. Our team can help confirm which future charges and deliveries are affected.

Orders already placed or charged

Cancelling future renewals does not automatically cancel or refund an order that has already been charged. If an order has not shipped, contact us promptly to request changes or cancellation. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be recalled.
