Our Moo & Brew is a nod to the Irish pub classic with tender chunks of beef steak and smoky bacon slow-cooked in a rich, savory gravy made with Smithwick’s Irish Ale. The ale adds notes of toasted malt, subtle hops, and a touch of caramel for that unmistakable depth.

Topped with flaky puff pastry, it’s a pie with a pint in its heart and soul in its crust. Sláinte, to good food and good company!

Baking Guide

1. Let it chill. For best results, thaw pie overnight in the
refrigerator before baking.

2. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C)

3. Unwrap and bake. Remove packaging and place
pie on a baking sheet. Bake on the center rack of the oven.

From Thawed 20 – 30 min; From Frozen (if you must!) 35 – 45 min
Oven times may vary.

4. Check the temp. Ensure the internal temperature
reaches 165°F (74°C) using a food thermometer.

5. Cool and enjoy. Let pie rest for a few minutes before serving.
