Shipping and Packaging

We ship every order with love and care! Your pies are packed in insulated coolers with dry ice and gel packs to keep them frozen and fresh on their way to you. It’s all part of our flat-rate shipping with no surprises, no extra charges, just great pies delivered right to your door.
Our shipping days are Mondays and Tuesdays.Orders received by noon on Tuesday ship out that same week. Depending on where you live, we may also ship on Wednesday to ensure your pies arrive fresh and frozen.

Baking Guide

1. Let it chill. For best results, thaw pie overnight in the
refrigerator before baking.

2. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C)

3. Unwrap and bake. Remove packaging and place
pie on a baking sheet. Bake on the center rack of the oven.

From Thawed 20 – 30 min; From Frozen (if you must!) 35 – 45 min
Oven times may vary.

4. Check the temp. Ensure the internal temperature
reaches 165°F (74°C) using a food thermometer.

5. Cool and enjoy. Let pie rest for a few minutes before serving.
