Spicy Chicken & Chorizo Pie

We turned up the heat with this one. In Portugal, it’s “piri piri.” In Africa, it’s “peri peri.” Translated it means “pepper pepper.” All you need to know is that this spicy chicken pie is “yummy yummy.” This “very very” tasty Portuguese chicken and sausage pie is inspired by African Bird’s Eye Chili. Our unique “piri piri” sauce recipe is paired with roasted chicken breast, white wine and cream to balance the spice of the Spanish chorizo.
